Coraline

I decided to read the book before I saw the movie. It is a very demented children book, but never failing to hold interest. I would more so recommend it for a pre-teen/11-12 year old. When I was reading the book I felt as if the world around me was nonexistent, because I was so immensely absorbed in Coraline's world instead. I read Coraline in one sitting. I never once felt as though I was reading a simple children book, because I was so amused. Gaiman has a very wonderful talent for writing and I look forward to reading his other works.
