Steven King's Under the Dome: a book lover's review

Steven King’s new 1000 + page novel is unquestionably recommended. As an avid reader always looking for something new, King’s Under the Dome definitely filled that need.
The characters are well rounded and have genuine depth. You’ll root for the good guys and passionately wish for the bad guys to fail.
Although the story has the format of jumping from one character to the next and can be a little difficult getting used to, it keeps the reader fully engaged in the story and hungering for what happens next.
Reminiscent of his earlier novels like It and Needful Things in its scope and density, Under the Dome is all in all a very satisfying read guaranteed to keep you up at night.
